Barber beat Montana De La Rosa at UFC Fight Night 205 in April 2022 with a unanimous decision. On July 2, 2022, Barber replaced Casey O'Neill in the UFC 276 event, and she fought Jessica Eye. Barber won this fight by unanimous vote. Her contract ended with UFC following the fight although Barber signed another contract later in the years. Barber lost to Andrea Lee via a unanimous decision on March 25, 2023, at UFC Fight Night Vera Vs. Sandhagen.
