Holland Marie Roden was an American actress who is best-known for her character Lydia Martin she played on MTV's Teen Wolf, which featured the teen drama. Also, she was a part of Syfy's horror show "Channel Zero Butcher's Block" as Zoe Woods. Born in Dallas, Texas on the 7th of October 1986. Her parents and siblings were the ones to raise her. Holland Roden graduated from Hockaday School which is a private girls' school. She has a background in medicine and her whole family was enrolled in women's studies at UCLA. Holland Roden spent a few years studying medical pre-medicine as she wanted to become a cardiothoracic surgeon. Later, she decided to join the world of acting.
